In the past ATS that I’ve used, I use questionnaire to filter my applicants, so that qualified candidates would stand out.
I’ve been playing with the questionnaire capability of the ATS, however, there are only 6 options for “action” based on the response of the candidate filling up the questionnaire. In the end, the candidate would still be added to the “Job Order” as “No Contact”. Yes, the candidate would be marked as “Inactive” profile, and won’t be searchable, but at the end of the day, it’s sitting on the Job Order.
How can we tweak this, so that the candidates that are not qualified won’t be added to the Job Order, or at least, if that’s not possible, would get automatically rejected?
